Seeking a District Parts & Service Manager to support Honda/Acura dealer network in Seattle, WA, reporting to the Centennial, CO office.

Responsibilities Include

Providing dealer consulting and support to improve customer satisfaction, parts and accessory sales, and service efficiency.
Identifying gaps between company objectives and dealer performance, and developing action plans to address them.
Supporting dealer programs, policies, and training initiatives to promote profitable parts and service departments.
Managing approximately 10-11 dealerships, fostering lifetime owner loyalty, and supporting pilot programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, automotive technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of auto parts and service wholesale/retail experience; automotive service experience preferred.
Knowledge of OEM warranty policies, financial concepts, and demonstrated sales ability.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and customer relations skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, web-based software, and mobile applications; willing to travel and relocate.
