Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for: Preparing and plating desserts for à la carte and tasting menus Producing pastry components (creams, biscuits, entremets, viennoiseries, etc.) Ensuring strict adherence to Maisons Bocuse standards and recipes Monitoring stock levels and managing raw materials Applying and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards Contributing to seasonal creations and menu development Skills & Soft Skills: Formal training in pastry Proven experience in fine dining or high-end establishments Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques Detail-oriented with high standards of precision and excellence Team player with adaptability We Offer: Monthly Salary : AED 8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group Département Cuisine Poste Pâtissier Location Restaurant Monsieur Paul - Abu Dhabi Outil de recrutement de Teamtailor
