Description As a Payroll Specialist at DaBella, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and support over 2,000+ employees. You’ll ensure timely, accurate payroll while maintaining compliance and helping team members navigate payroll inquiries. You’ll also play a key role in training and supporting junior staff. On-site , Monday – Friday, in Hillsboro, Oregon Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly Job Responsibilities: Processing full-cycle payroll weekly and bi-weekly Managing high-volume payroll data using Excel and Paycom Running timesheet and audit reports to ensure compliance and accuracy Issuing manual checks, calculating bonuses and commissions Collaborating with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies Maintaining multi-state payroll knowledge including final check laws and garnishments Responding to employee and management payroll inquiries with 24-hour turnaround Assisting in training and mentoring payroll assistants Handling sensitive employee data with professionalism and confidentiality Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred) 2+ years of payroll experience 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience Strong Excel skills – comfortable with formulas and pivot tables Experience with HRIS/payroll systems like Paycom, ADP, or Paychex Knowledge of payroll laws and wage garnishments (multi-state preferred) Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to handle confidential information with integrity Experience in the sales or home improvement industry is a plus Benefits & Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, and Pet Insurance 401(k), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), UHC Rewards, Rally Health, and One Pass Select Paid professional development, leadership training, and relocation opportunities nationwide 80 hours of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO) For more information, please visit DaBella.us #INDCORPORATE
