Position Overview: A well-established health system seeks a BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join their newly created hospital-employed service line in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

Perform 1-2 full OR days weekly with dedicated block time
Build an elective practice aligned with personal interests
Provide surgical care in a Level III NICU environment
Access comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support, including 24/7 anesthesiology and hospitalist services

Schedule & Compensation: Flexible options including Monday-Friday or 7-on/7-off. Compensation includes a signing bonus and wRVU incentives. Additional benefits include student loan assistance and full relocation support.

Qualifications & Skills

Board-certified or eligible in pediatric surgery
