Join a pediatric practice in a close-knit community setting, focusing on comprehensive outpatient care with newborn and pediatric inpatient rounding and call responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include
Responsibilities Include
- Providing medical care to a diverse pediatric patient population
- Collaborating with clinical teams, APPs, and system-wide providers
- Managing outpatient visits, inpatient rounding, and a manageable call schedule (one 24-hour hospital call per week and weekend hospital-only calls)
- Utilizing the Epic EMR system
- Participating in mentorship opportunities and team-based care
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics within 5 years of residency completion
- Open to experienced providers and new graduates
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Competitive base salary ($200,000-$300,000) with productivity incentives
