Build your practice. Know your patients. Be part of a team that knows you.
Cincinnati Children’s Springboro Primary Care is seeking a pediatrician to join our well-established, community-centered practice in Southwest Ohio.
Founded in 1993, Springboro Primary Care has built lasting relationships with generations of families throughout Springboro and surrounding communities, including Centerville, Germantown, Eaton, Waynesville, and Lebanon. Today, our four-provider practice combines the personal connection of a close-knit community practice with the resources and reach of Cincinnati Children’s.
This is an opportunity for a pediatrician who values continuity of care, teamwork, flexibility, and strong relationships with patients and families.
Why Springboro Primary Care?
A truly collaborative practice
Join a small, close-knit team of four providers who work together to meet the needs of patients and one another. Our team-based approach provides flexibility and cross-coverage while preserving the collegial atmosphere that makes a smaller practice rewarding.
Limited call
Enjoy a manageable call rotation of approximately once every seven weeks, supporting greater flexibility outside of work.
Practice in Springboro and a growing Centerville location
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to care for patients at our Springboro practice as well as our new and rapidly growing Centerville office. The Centerville location features 20 exam rooms and access to a variety of in-house subspecialties, creating opportunities for convenient, coordinated pediatric care.
An established patient community
With roots dating back more than three decades, Springboro Primary Care serves families from communities throughout Southwest Ohio. Physicians can enjoy the relationships and continuity that come from caring for children as they grow, while becoming a trusted resource for families.
A community families love to call home
Springboro offers the charm and connection of a family-oriented Southwest Ohio community while sitting conveniently between Cincinnati and Dayton. Its location provides access to two major metropolitan areas while retaining the character and accessibility of a smaller community.
For physicians interested in putting down roots, raising a family, or simply practicing closer to the communities they serve, Springboro and the surrounding area offer an appealing place to build both a career and a life.
