Role Summary

We are seeking skilled Penetration Testers to join our international Security Lab in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive security assessment services for enterprise clients while conducting research into the latest attack methodologies and cybersecurity technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end cybersecurity services, including: Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Security Evaluation, Red Team Simulations, Incident Response.
• Conduct technical research on emerging threats and offensive security techniques across cloud security, web security, mobile security, Active Directory, application penetration testing, malware analysis, and source code auditing.
• Prepare professional security assessment reports with clear technical findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to strengthen overall security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, operating systems, and computer networking.
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, CREST, CEH, CISSP, GIAC, or GSEC are highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with security tools including Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, SQLMap, and similar tools.
• Experience with one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, PowerShell, Bash, or Node.js.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience in penetration testing or offensive cybersecurity.

Nice to Have

• Research or hands-on experience in mobile security or vulnerability research.
• Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions or other cybersecurity contests.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity training, public speaking, or contributing to the security community.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, energy, or critical infrastructure.
• Previous consulting or customer-facing experience in cybersecurity services.
