Plant/Site: JBS Dinmore Plant Req Id: 15990 Date Posted: 4 Aug 2026 About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and organised People & Culture Administrator to join our P&C team based at our Dinmore Plant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further their career in Human Resources and Administration. Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will provide administrative support across a broad range of HR functions while delivering exceptional service to employees and stakeholders. In this role, you will support the efficient management of employee records, recruitment activities, site communications and general HR administration. You will also play an important role in supporting employee engagement initiatives, maintaining compliance requirements and ensuring accurate data management across the site. This is a day shift, office-based position with standard office hours. About You Previous experience in administration, human resources, or a related field Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Candidates with previous experience in a production environment as well as experience with HR data entry and reporting will be highly regarded.
