People Operations Associate

Business Unit What the Role Entails Responsibilities: Manage employee lifecycle operations for assigned countries in the Americas, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contract administration, benefits, pre-payroll, and other employee changes. Maintain employee records and supporting documents in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality. Process employee inquiries through ServiceNow and the HR chatbot, providing clear, accurate, and timely guidance. Maintain and improve HR knowledge articles, FAQs, templates, and process documentation. Proactively identify and support opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service consistency through process improvement and automation. Support other HR-related duties, projects, and ad hoc assignments as needed. Who We Look For Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields; 3-5 years’ HR operations experience，experience in an HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred; Prior experience using HR systems(e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow; Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner; High Customer Service orientation and strong problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a plus. The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is CAD 67000 to CAD 90000 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
