Growth path: Senior Media Buyer → Lead Media Buyer → Head of Paid Media, with a career plan to AED 600,000/year.

Role Overview

ViralClip scales fast-growing AI and SaaS startups with direct response UGC ads. We run everything end to end: creative strategy, UGC production, paid media and scaling.

• $5M+ in ad spend managed
• $20M+ in cash collected for our software clients (not e-commerce)
• Clients backed by Series A, B and C rounds

We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer to own a portfolio of accounts spending $100k–$500k/month. You'll be responsible for performance (first purchase ROAS / cash ROAS > 1), the strategy and all communication with the client. Our clients are native English speakers, and you'll be their main point of contact.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Personally managed accounts spending $100k+/month
• Experience owning client relationships, not just reporting to an account manager
• Fluent, natural English (native or near-native, clear and neutral accent). You'll be on calls with US/UK founders every week
• A strong grasp of how creative drives performance, and the ability to turn data into creative briefs
• Based in Dubai or ready to work on-site

Good-to-Have

• Experience with SaaS, AI or subscription businesses
• Experience running campaigns for the US market
