About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns for the US market.

The candidate must have expertise in Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), and Meta Ads, along with proven experience managing significant advertising budgets and generating measurable conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google LSA Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for the US market.
• Plan and execute lead-generation and conversion-focused paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage significant advertising budgets while maintaining efficient CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates and campaign profitability.
• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies for US-based clients.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives and bidding strategies.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improving conversions and ROI.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with the US market.
• Must have personally managed a minimum advertising budget of USD $50,000 per month.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Recent experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has successfully managed US-market paid advertising campaigns at scale, is comfortable handling substantial advertising budgets, and can take ownership of campaign performance and conversions.

If you have 5+ years of US-market experience, have managed $50K+ monthly ad spend, and are highly experienced with Google Ads, LSA and Meta Ads, we would like to hear from you.
