Phone Sales Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Phone Sales Representative to connect with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that provide value. This role will primarily involve communicating with customers by phone while maintaining strong relationships and consistently working toward sales goals.

Work Authorization & Sponsorship:

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective and existing customers by phone to identify needs and opportunities
• Present products and services in a clear and professional manner
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound sales inquiries
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Follow up with prospects and manage sales opportunities through the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
• Meet individual and team sales goals and performance objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or business development experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups effectively
