Role Overview: A full-time, board-certified or eligible physiatrist is sought to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Center and/or hospital consult service, with opportunities for outpatient work, administrative duties, and educational involvement.
Focus Areas: Neuro rehab, stroke, spasticity, amputee care, orthopedic injuries, multi-trauma, spinal cord and brain injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and bracing. Narcotic management is not part of the practice. All units have access to hospital consultants and advanced imaging. Call duties are approximately 1:9-1:10 weekends, mainly performing consults on rehab units.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification or eligibility, strong collaborative and communication skills, and interest in clinical, educational, or administrative activities.
