Utilize telehealth and virtual care to increase flexibility and patient access.
Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical records, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging-in-place strategies.
Maintain physical requirements such as lifting, repositioning, and patient transfers, and drive to patient locations.
