Physical Therapist

Role: Full-time Physical Therapist focused on providing personalized, one-on-one geriatric physical therapy services through Geriatric House Calls™ in various Maryland locations.

Responsibilities: Deliver autonomous, clinically excellent interventions aimed at improving functional outcomes, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and support patient well-being. Flexibility to create and modify treatment schedules is emphasized.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the state(s) of practice
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy and current CPR certification
• Strong commitment to patient care and community engagement
