Physical Therapist

We are seeking Physical Therapists to provide clinical and autonomous therapy services in community-based, 1:1 settings, focusing on geriatric care through Geriatric House Calls™.

Responsibilities include delivering personalized physical therapy interventions aimed at improving functional outcomes for older adults, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and adapting treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications include a valid license or eligibility in the state(s) of practice, a degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
