Physical Therapist

We are seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists to join our growing team, offering services in community-based settings.

Responsibilities include: providing one-on-one physical therapy to older adults, promoting functional outcomes, and contributing to an interdisciplinary team focused on patient care.

Qualifications: valid state license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
