This is an on-site position on the NorthEast coast and requires relocation—which is why it comes with a $10,000 relocation package and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
Staff Physical Therapist
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a hospital-based rehabilitation department in coastal Maine. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, complete documentation, and collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- New grads start at $96k. More experience increases pay scale significantly.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule and Caseload
- Full-time position
- Productivity expectation of 25 quarter-hour units per day
- Hospital-based rehabilitation setting
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff
- Follow hospital and departmental policies and procedures
- Participate in departmental meetings and quality-improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current PT license or willingness to obtain one
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between clinics
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
