Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | $83K–$100K Base + Bonus Opportunities

NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient practice in the Worcester / Greater Worcester area to hire a full-time Physical Therapist.

This is an opportunity for a PT who enjoys outpatient care but wants more time with patients, strong clinical development, and room to grow professionally. The practice offers true one-on-one treatment with 40-minute appointments, no required double-booking, and opportunities to work across orthopedic, sports, neurological, vestibular, balance, amputee, and aquatic rehabilitation.

• Base Salary: $83k–$100k depending on experience, total comp: $93k-$115k+

The employer reports that its AI scribing technology can reduce documentation time by up to 75% compared with organizations without AI scribing, while the 40-minute appointment model is designed to provide greater continuity of care and reduce daily documentation demands.

COMPENSATION & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

In addition to a competitive base salary, full-time PTs have access to a productivity bonus program with no maximum. Under the current structure, eligible visits above the established weekly threshold earn additional compensation, giving clinicians who want to increase their earnings an opportunity to do so.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and treat patients in a one-on-one outpatient setting
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and specialty programming based on interest

QUALIFICATIONS

• DPT, Master's, or qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Massachusetts PT license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports, neuro, vestibular, balance, aquatics, or related rehabilitation
• Team-oriented clinician interested in continued professional growth
