As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Job Description:

Position: Full-time Physical Therapist

License Required: Yes – Active or Pending License as a Physical Therapist

Education Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Locations Hiring: Kingston, NY (918 Ulster Avenue)

Schedule Options Available:

• Four 10s: A compressed workweek where you work 10 hours a day for 4 days (40 hours total), giving you a full 3rd day off each week (e.g., Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday).
• Five 8s: The standard workweek structure consisting of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (40 hours total).
• 30–40 hrs/week options: Flexibility to choose a full-time 40-hour schedule or a reduced 30- to 36-hour schedule (full-time for benefits eligible)

Base Compensation Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation: Bi-weekly clinician bonus plan + lifetime uncapped student loan repayment or a $20,000 sign-on bonus to kick off your new role!
