Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in compliance with licensure standards. The therapist works with an interdisciplinary team that contributes towards a patient directed goal, identifies potential barriers to discharge, and ongoing therapy services. The Physical Therapist provides patient centered care while exercising judgment to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.Essential Job Functions:
