• Multiple schedule options including Monday - Thursday or 4-day, 10-hour shifts
• Call shared among 13 providers, approximately one week per 12 - 13 weeks
• FQHC with academic medical center affiliation
• Located approximately one hour from Houston in a small rural community
• Manageable patient census of 18 - 22 patients per day
• Full benefits package including license reimbursement stipend
