Deaconess Kentucky Clinic is seeking a
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician
to join our established
Jennie Stuart Family Medicine practice located at the Burley at Griffin Gate property in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Practice Highlights:
Established practice with
1 DO
and a current patient panel of approximately
2,200
Current provider averaging approximately
6,000 wRVUs annually
High-volume practice averaging
20–25 patients per day
Fully staffed with
2 MAs and front desk support
Dedicated Practice Manager and strong clinic resources
Very flexible scheduling options, including
15/30-minute, or 20/40-minute appointment templates
Convenient location with easy access for patients
Compensation & Benefits
$260,000 guaranteed salary (12 months) + opportunity for productivity bonus
Competitive sign-on bonus: $50,000 for a 5-year commitment or $36,000 for a 3-year commitment
Residency stipend: $2,000/month
5 weeks of paid vacation
1 week of CME
$3,500 annual CME/professional allowance
