We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology physician to join a reputable, community-focused cancer program near Indianapolis.

Key Responsibilities Include

Providing outpatient hematology and oncology care with a balanced schedule
Managing patient caseloads ranging from 15 to 40 patients per day
Collaborating with experienced nursing staff, 4 APPs, and specialized clinical teams
Utilizing modern facilities equipped with 13 exam rooms and 15 infusion chairs to deliver comprehensive services, including infusion, radiation, and diagnostics
Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment

Qualifications And Skills

BC/BE in Hematology & Oncology
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Strong commitment to patient care excellence
Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1b candidates

Base salary of $665k plus productivity incentives
