You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve complex equipment issues and directly impact customer productivity. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing CAT® mining equipment Responding to breakdowns and critical maintenance events Completing planned maintenance activities Performing advanced fault-finding and troubleshooting Providing customers with expert technical advice Building strong relationships with site maintenance teams Delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes Looking Beyond Traditional CAT® Candidates We're interested in speaking with experienced tradespeople from a variety of backgrounds, including: Caterpillar technicians Mining equipment mechanics Heavy vehicle mechanics Construction equipment technicians Agricultural technicians Defence and ex-ADF tradespeople You'll ideally have: Relevant trade qualification Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability Experience maintaining heavy equipment Current Australian Driver Licence Customer-focused communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure Please note: Applicants with active site bans will not be eligible for these Field Service opportunities.
