Your mission

Help users navigate a digital betting platform by providing clear answers, resolving account-related issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What you'll do

• Support users via inbound calls, chat and email
• Explain betting winnings and assist with account-related inquiries
• Help users resolve login and access issues
• Provide clear, accurate and personalized responses
• Adapt prepared templates to each customer's needs
• Identify, document and escalate complex issues when necessary

What you bring

• French – C1–C2
• English – B2
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A customer-focused mindset and a problem-solving attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures
