As a Player Support Specialist, you will help Hungarian-speaking players with their inquiries and issues related to their Riot Games accounts, ensuring they receive the assistance they need for an exceptional gaming experience. Responsibilities Deliver timely and effective support to Hungarian-speaking players through email, chat, and support tickets regarding their Riot Games accounts. Troubleshoot a range of account-related issues, including login challenges, account recovery procedures, and billing inquiries. Document, track, and manage customer interactions within the support ticketing system for follow-up and transparency. Effectively communicate relevant policies, procedures, and updates to players to ensure their understanding. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex player issues efficiently. Stay informed about the latest game features, updates, and community trends to provide knowledgeable support. Contribute to the enhancement of support processes and workflows to improve overall player satisfaction. Fluency in Hungarian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for effective player assistance. A strong passion for gaming, especially regarding Riot Games, with an understanding of their titles and communities. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for support. Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
