PR Manager (Russian Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced PR Manager (Russian Speaker) to join our Real Estate Development company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR and communications strategies to strengthen the company’s brand positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, media pitches, articles, interviews, and other PR materials.
• Identify and secure relevant media opportunities for the company and its projects.
• Coordinate press events, interviews, launches, and other PR activities.
• Develop PR campaigns to support new project launches and key company initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage, trends, and industry news to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage the company’s public image and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Management teams on integrated communication campaigns.
• Track PR performance and prepare regular media coverage and campaign reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PR Manager / Communications Manager, preferably within real estate, property development, luxury, lifestyle, or a related industry.
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape and established relationships with relevant media outlets is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of PR, media relations, corporate communications, and brand positioning.
• Experience working with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and confident personality with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage.
