Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. school (or ECFMG certified)
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Preventive Medicine Residency (or final year resident)
- BC/BE in Preventive Medicine (or final year resident)
- U.S. Citizenship
- Between the ages of 21 and 57 (Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
