Primary Care NP / PA | $140K + Bonus | Loan Forgiveness | 4-Day Week | New Grads Welcome

An independently owned primary care practice in Cape Girardeau, Missouri is hiring FNPs and PAs for outpatient family medicine with a benefit combination that is genuinely hard to find in one place: a four-day workweek, student loan forgiveness through Rural Health Clinic designation, a $5,000 relocation bonus, and a total compensation package up to $140,000 plus monthly and annual bonuses. Monday through Thursday, three-day weekends every week, no hospital rounding, no inpatient duties, no overnight call.

New graduates with solid RN or clinical backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. The practice is hiring for more than one seat and has room to build, not just fill.

Key Responsibilities

• Care for patients of all ages from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, wellness visits, and preventive care
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics, prescribe per state law
• Work alongside an in-house team: behavioral health, dietitian, lab, and clinical support
• Build long-term relationships with a returning patient panel

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited FNP program with national certification (AANP or ANCC) or PA program with NCCPA certification
• Active Missouri APRN or PA license, or willingness to obtain one
• DEA registration, or ability to obtain
• All experience levels welcome; new graduates with prior hands-on RN or clinical experience strongly encouraged
• Motivated, team-oriented, and genuinely good with patients

Schedule & Compensation

• $115,000–$140,000/year (base plus monthly and annual bonuses)
• Full-time | Four 10-hour shifts | Monday–Thursday
• Three-day weekends every week | No nights | No call
• Outpatient only | On-site Cape Girardeau, MO
• Student loan forgiveness: loans paid in full (3 years if under $100K, 5 years if over)
• $5,000 relocation bonus (if applicable) | Signing bonus available
