Impact to Health has partnered with a mission-driven, privately owned primary care group in Ormond Beach, FL, to find a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician ready to reclaim their clinical autonomy. Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative clinician who thrives in a team-based environment and is deeply committed to patient-centered primary care.
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
The Ideal Candidate Will Also Bring:
A strong interest or prior experience in value-based, capitated care models, or population health
A background working with Medicare or senior-focused populations
A passion for working within an interdisciplinary care team to manage complex chronic diseases
Familiarity with Athena or similar EMR systems
