Financial & Benefits Package
- Salary Range: $224,000 – $359,000 per year
- Bonus Structure: Base salary plus annual quality and performance incentives
- Residency Stipend: Up to $24,000 for final-year trainees who sign early
- Relocation Support: Financial assistance available for both in-state and out-of-state physicians
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Malpractice Insurance: Full malpractice coverage with tail
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a company match
- Time Off & CME: Paid Time Off (PTO) plus dedicated CME time and allowance
- Professional Expenses: Covered budget for licensing, books, and association fees
