As the flagship Australian campus, Sydney holds an important position within the OneSchool Global network. With just under 300 students, around 40 educators, exceptional facilities and an award-winning approach to teaching and learning, the campus provides an outstanding foundation for its next Principal to build upon.

The Opportunity

As Campus Principal, you will provide strategic, educational and operational leadership across Sydney Campus, building on strong foundations and continuing to strengthen teaching, learning, culture and student outcomes.

You will:

• Lead the strategic direction, performance and operations of the campus.
• Provide strong instructional leadership across Years 3 to 12.
• Drive excellence in teaching, learning and student outcomes.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership and teaching teams.
• Lead sustainable improvement across people, systems and culture.
• Build trusted relationships with students, families, staff and the wider school community.
• Maintain strong governance, compliance, safeguarding and risk management practices.
• Contribute to educational and leadership initiatives across the wider OneSchool Global network.

About You

We are looking for an accomplished educational leader with substantial leadership experience within a school environment.

You may already be a successful Principal seeking a new challenge, or an experienced senior leader ready to step into Principalship.

You will bring:

• Significant school leadership experience.
• A strong track record in teaching, learning and improving student outcomes.
• Experience building high-performing teams and developing others.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership capability.
• Demonstrated success leading improvement and change.
