Are you tired of chasing your own leads from scratch, with no warm relationships and no support system behind you?

This role is critical to Kintec's New York construction practice and its wider US growth plan. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will inherit a live and high performing, warm desk of construction clients across New York (General Contractors, Sub-Contractors etc.) plus a growing pipeline in the DMV, Carolinas, and Florida, along with a dedicated resourcer. You will be responsible for leading and developing the desk and junior team members around you, and eventually scale the desk into a larger team. There is a clearly mapped route of progression to Manager, then Director (leading a team generating $1M+ annual NFI) which would also then include the opportunity to become vested in the business.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

Must have 2-3 or more years of demonstrable, sustained personal billing track record - ideally $200K+ per year.
Recruitment experience within construction, real estate, engineering, or a similar discipline strongly preferred but not essential.
Either an established Principal Consultant looking for a stronger platform, or a solid Consultant ready to step up into a Principal-level desk.
Comfortable running a 360 desk end-to-end: business development, account management, client delivery, and candidate management.
Entrepreneurial and hands-on - must be commercially minded and self-directed within a supported structure.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience level.
Uncapped commission: 10% to 40%, calculated quarterly and paid monthly in arrears, no threshold.

Pre-tax commuter benefit (TASC/MTA) + other benefits and perks.
401(k) match: 100% on the first 4%, 50% on the next 4%.
