A leading financial group is expanding its Hong Kong Private Wealth business and is looking for experienced:
Private Banker / Relationship Manager
Candidate profile:
Strong HNW / UHNW client acquisition and relationship management experience
Background from established wealth platforms, private banks, insurance or financial institutions
Existing client network across Mainland China and/or Hong Kong
Must be commercially driven and comfortable with individual revenue KPIs
Team leaders are expected to directly drive team revenue, rather than purely manage

Broad product platform covering US/HK equities, structured products, public/private funds, fixed income and Hong Kong insurance
Access to investment banking resources, including IPO cornerstone and anchor opportunities
Strong group ecosystem and cross-business referral opportunities
Competitive package with HKD 50K–80K monthly base, up to HKD 100K for exceptional profiles
Highly incentivized commission structure, with sales potentially receiving 60%+ of generated profit
