Deliver programming, case management, and targeted interventions for both adult and youth clients. Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, including the preparation of court reports. Conduct intake interviews, home and community assessments, collateral checks, and home visits. Complete both generalized and specialized risk assessments to determine appropriate risk-need-responsivity interventions. Implement risk management strategies, risk reduction techniques, and Core Correctional Practices. Collaborate with government ministries and community agencies to ensure coordinated, needs-based service delivery for offenders and their families.
