Process Development Engineer (F/M/O)

For our Client in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking candidates for the position of Process Development Engineer.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, development and implementation of new connectivity products (from concept, through prototyping and validation to introduction in production environment).
• Proposing and introducing innovations and new technologies to existing products and manufacturing processes.
• Building fundamental understanding through the use of the Scientific Method and tools such as KT, DoE, Statistical Process Analysis, Six Sigma etc.
• Researching new raw materials and developing new processing.
• Study new trends in fiber optic technologies.
• Documenting new ideas for potential patent submissions.
• Work in international, multidisciplinary project groups.

Our requirements:

• Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred in nanotechnology, physics, mechanical engineering, electronics, material engineering or similar).
• Good technical skills (building prototypes, troubleshooting test cases, preparing samples).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and passion for innovation.
• Ability to communicate effectively within multi-national groups.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
