Job Title: Process Mining Consultant – Level 1 & 2

Location: NYC, NY | Raleigh, NC | Redwood City, CA

Experience: Level 1: 15+ years | Level 2: 8–10 years

Work Model: Hybrid – onsite client travel required in NYC, Raleigh, NC, or Redwood City, CA.

Experience: Level 1 is equivalent to 15+ years and Level2 is equivalent to band 8-10 years

OCPM models multiple interrelated object types and their relationships natively, avoiding "convergence" and "divergence" data quality issues.

1. Walk me through how you'd model a P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) or O2C (Order-to-Cash) process using OCDM. What objects and relationships would you define?

• Answer: Names concrete objects (Purchase Order, Purchase Order Item, Goods Receipt, Invoice, Payment / Sales Order, Delivery, Billing Document) and describes 1:many and many: many relationships between them, and which activities/events attach to which object.

1. What source systems and extractors have you personally configured for an OCPM implementation (SAP ECC/S4, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.)? Which OCPM-ready data connectors or data pools did you build from scratch vs. reuse from Celonis’ s pre-built content?

• Answer: Specific system names, specific tables/modules (e.g., Oracle, SAP MM/SD tables), and clarity on what was custom-built vs. accelerator-based.

1. Have you written PQL (Process Query Language) for object-centric models? How does querying across multiple object types differ from querying a single case table?

• Answer: Comfortable with PQL syntax and explains navigating relationships/joins across object tables rather than a single flat table.
