Senior Frontend Engineer – Voice AI Platform Full-time On-site: Redwood City, CA $200,000-$300,000 $200,000-$300,000 base salary + competitive equity. About this role We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join one of the fastest-growing voice AI startups in the world. You'll be building the user experiences that power a voice automation platform—from dashboards and analytics to customer-facing tools—as part of a small, high-ownership frontend team reporting directly to the CTO. What you'll be doing Build and ship React-heavy frontend features end-to-end, including prompt management, dashboards, and analytics. Write production-grade React and TypeScript code. Collaborate with backend and full-stack engineers on a small frontend-focused engineering team. Work directly with customers to onboard, troubleshoot, and turn feedback into UX improvements. Own frontend architecture decisions and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment. Qualifications 3-7 years of frontend engineering experience with a strong focus on React. Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS. Experience building production-quality customer-facing web applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
