Job Summary

The Solution Operations Optimization Specialist will support and drive warehouse operations by developing standardized procedures, analyzing operational performance, identifying process gaps, and implementing scalable solutions. This role will work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and Product teams to improve efficiency, quality, service performance, and operational consistency across warehouse locations.

Responsibilities Overview

SOP Development & Standardization: Design, establish, and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across key warehouse operations.
SOP Implementation & Performance Monitoring: Lead SOP implementation, monitor execution and compliance, analyze process deviations, and continuously refine standards to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
Operational Problem Solving: Analyze operational challenges and design scalable solutions to improve productivity, quality, service performance, and overall operational efficiency.
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Use operational data and performance trends to identify root causes of operational issues and provide actionable recommendations and improvement plans to management.
KPI Monitoring & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key warehouse KPIs, including SLA compliance, productivity, utilization, turnaround time, labor efficiency, and cost per shipment.
Workflow Optimization: Review and optimize workflows to improve throughput, reduce operational bottlenecks, control costs, and maintain service quality.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, IT system teams, Finance, Product, and other internal teams to implement operational improvement initiatives, support system enhancements, and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

Requirement

Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain coordination, logistics, operational excellence, process improvement, or business analysis.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, transportation, and fulfillment processes.
Excellent communication and cross-department coordination abilities in both English and Mandarin; conversational Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python is an asset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
