Your role at HFM: Serve as the overall owner of the assigned business process, accountable for its performance, outcomes, and full life cycle management. Ensure the process operates according to established plans, adjusting direction when performance indicators suggest corrective action is needed. Oversee that all stakeholders—people and systems—have the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to execute process activities effectively. Define and maintain process control indicators to measure efficiency, quality, and compliance. Identify and mitigate potential process risks through proactive analysis and improvement actions. Continuously monitor and optimise the process to achieve desired business results and sustain long-term performance. Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management , Product Management, Business Operations, or related roles. Analytical & Critical Thinking to dissect complex business processes, identify root causes of problems, interpret data, and logically evaluate various solutions. Familiarity or certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or other Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks will be considered as an advantage. Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools. Ability to articulate complex process goals clearly and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to collaborate with, influence, and negotiate with a diverse group of stakeholders to gain alignment on process changes. Ability to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interacting with stakeholders, including senior management. Ability to understand the "big picture" —how the process fits into the broader business ecosystem.
