THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Cost & Procurement is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Projects & Support) based out of Milton Keynes, Glasgow and Bradford We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and delivery-focused Procurement Analyst to support the effective day-to-day operation of Procurement and the coordination and delivery of key projects and change activity. A key focus will be Procurement’s contribution to major projects across SanUK, including the TSB integration, helping teams maintain plans and actions, track deliverables and dependencies, and keep agreed priorities moving forward. We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Support the coordination of Procurement activities across major SanUK projects, including the TSB integration, maintaining plans, trackers, milestones, actions, risks and dependencies. Coordinate with colleagues across Procurement and the wider organisation to obtain updates, track deliverables, follow up outstanding actions and deadlines, and escalate risks or issues through appropriate channels. Prepare regular project updates, status reports, management information, presentations, communications and briefing materials. Organise project and team meetings, workshops, working groups and governance forums, including scheduling, agendas, materials, notes and action tracking. Maintain accurate project and team documentation, shared information, trackers, plans and resources, and collate updates for reporting and planning purposes. Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across Procurement, including onboarding, team events, routine information requests and other operational activities. Identify opportunities to simplify administrative processes and improve coordination, developing practical tools, templates and trackers that make information easier to manage and access. Provide flexible support across Procurement projects and initiatives in response to changing priorities and workload, building effective working relationships across teams and organisational levels. Professional Experience Experience in project coordination, project support, business support or administration. (Required) Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. (Required) Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, milestones, action logs, risks, issues, dependencies and project documentation. (Required) Experience organising and supporting meetings, workshops, working groups or governance forums, including agendas, materials, notes and action tracking. (Required) Experience preparing project updates, status reports, management information, presentations, communications or briefing materials. (Required) Experience managing multiple tasks, priorities, deadlines and deliverables, including proactively following up with action owners. (Required) Experience supporting team administration, onboarding, events or operational activities. (Preferred) Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes, administration, coordination and ways of working. (Preferred) Experience within Procurement, Commercial or Supply Chain. (Preferred) Experience supporting large-scale projects or integration programmes. (Preferred) Education Project management, change management or business analysis qualifications (Preferred) Languages English. (Required) Hard Skills Project coordination and project administration. Salary Range: £38,200.00 - £57,300.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
