Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Procurement Integrity Manager to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What You Will Do
- Providing guidance to the Procurement community on Ethics & Compliance matters.
- Supporting the Ethics & Compliance Representatives (ECR) community within Procurement.
- Helping identify, assess and resolve Ethics & Compliance issues across Airbus Procurement.
- Collaborating with Legal teams across all Airbus Divisions on Procurement-related matters.
- Supporting investigations into Procurement-related Open Line alerts in coordination with Legal teams.
- Leading and supporting awareness sessions, training activities and workshops on Ethics & Compliance for Procurement teams worldwide.
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls within Procurement.
- Contributing to or leading projects aimed at strengthening Ethics & Compliance standards and achieving Procurement compliance objectives.
- Supporting regular reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or Business Law.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement or Legal.
- Previous experience in Ethics & Compliance is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Change Management.
- Familiarity with Codes of Conduct is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace.
- German: Fluent business proficiency.
- English: Fluent business proficiency.
- French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
