The Role As Product Designer at Linero, you will own the end-to-end design of a platform used by some of the most demanding professionals in the world. You will translate complex, high-stakes workflows into experiences that feel intuitive, purposeful, and polished, across a diverse set of user personas including engineers, lawyers, compliance teams, executives, and more. We view interface design as artistry and we are looking for a designer who brings the same creative ambition and craft to the interface as our engineers bring to the backend. Someone who sees enterprise software not as a constraint, but as a canvas. What You'll Own Own the full design process end-to-end, from user research and wireframes through to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready specs Build and maintain Linero's design system: the component library, visual language, and interaction patterns that ensure consistency across the platform Design distinct workflow experiences for multiple user personas, each with different mental models, data visibility requirements, and expectations Work closely with the CEO and product managers to translate product requirements into design solutions that are both beautiful and functional Partner with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and craft Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience Set the bar for design quality at Linero; you are opinionated about what great looks like and you fight for it What We're Looking For 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of production-grade enterprise or SaaS product work Exceptional craft; your visual design, typography, and interaction design are all at the highest levels You approach design as an art form; you have genuine creative ambition, a distinctive point of view, and a portfolio that proves it Experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise products with multiple user roles and permission levels Strong systems thinking; you design components and patterns, not just screens Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling Fluency with AI-powered design, as a force multiplier, but not to replace design intuition Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you are the only designer and ownership is total Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions Based in or willing to relocate to New York City What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Early equity in a company with proven market demand and a clear growth trajectory Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision The opportunity to pioneer and innovate in design, while experiencing its immediate adoption at massive scale, across global enterprises A front-row seat to one of the most consequential technology buildouts of our time Equal Opportunity & Eligibility Linero is an equal opportunity employer.
