Product Engineer, Applied AI (Mid-Senior)

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building an AI-enabled workforce marketplace for industrial operations. You will apply existing AI agents and frontier models to real product challenges, helping automate how workers are sourced, vetted, matched, and placed while contributing to broader product and platform work.

What You'll Do

• Integrate AI agents and language models into product experiences across worker, business, and operations tools.

• Build and improve workflows for worker vetting, matching, and shift fulfillment.

• Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.

• Design and build APIs, distributed systems, real-time matching, and automated workflows.

• Own product features end to end, partnering with product and design to address user needs.

• Contribute to the highest-priority product and platform problems, whether or not they involve AI.

What We're Looking For

• Three to four years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and shipping products in early-stage or fast-growing teams.

• Experience delivering projects at scale in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and collaborating across functions.

• Strong product judgment and an ability to connect user needs to measurable business impact.

• Experience with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompts and tool integrations, and building new AI-powered product capabilities.

• Strong technical fundamentals and experience across frontend, backend, and deployment.

• Interest or experience in marketplaces, matching systems, staffing, or operational industries such as logistics and supply chain.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $140,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
