In the product family of Product and Trade Solutions we drive digitalization of foreign trade, tax, environmental compliance, sustainability and Master Data. RESPOSIBILITIES Drive the evolution of the Product Family target architectures, roadmaps, and application portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, Enterprise Architecture principles, and BASF's strategy. Define and continuously mature business capabilities, architectural roadmaps, and data products in close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and solution architects. Conduct architecture reviews for demands, change requests and projects, advising on architectural best practices, technology choices, risk mitigation, and technical debt management. Evolve the integration and data landscape through modern integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures, and scalable data-sharing capabilities. Lead the architectural adoption of data and AI capabilities across the Product Family, enabling AI-driven business use cases and integrating emerging technologies into a scalable and governed enterprise landscape. Represent Enterprise Architecture in Product Family governance and decision-making bodies, acting as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders and translating strategic objectives into pragmatic architectural decisions. QUALIFICATIONS +10 years of experience in IT in different technical roles, and not limited to architect roles. Technical experience in both SAP and non-SAP solutions. Experience in both on-premise and cloud environments Experience in definition, design and implementation of system integrations. Knowledge in one or multiple business processes like order management, procure to pay, planning, etc. Knowledge in cross processes: master data, tax, foreign trade, sustainability, etc. Experience in handling broad groups of stakeholders BENEFITS A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.
