Product Lead, Agentic Personalization

About the Role

Lead the development of an agentic personalization product for a B2B marketing technology platform. As the founding product lead for this new product area, you will define its direction, sequencing, and go-to-market approach, helping product and growth teams personalize customer experiences across websites and mobile apps.

What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery with enterprise product and growth teams to understand their personalization workflows and what they need to trust agent-driven experiences.

• Turn customer insights into a roadmap connected to product adoption and revenue milestones.

• Define which tasks agents can handle independently, such as audience creation, experience variants, experiments, and traffic allocation, and where human approval is needed.

• Design feedback loops that help teams build confidence in agent recommendations and actions over time.

• Partner with engineering on technical decisions involving real-time data, experimentation, and delivery across web and mobile.

• Support go-to-market efforts through customer conversations, competitive positioning, and implementation playbooks with customer-facing teams.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of relevant product experience, with a record of taking products from zero to meaningful adoption or revenue.

• B2B SaaS experience is preferred; experience finding product-market fit in an uncertain environment is important.

• Technical depth to assess architectural tradeoffs and work through infrastructure decisions with senior engineers.

• Familiarity with product design and AI development tools, such as Figma and agentic frameworks.

• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $240,000 to $320,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
