Product Manager

For our client, an IT Development company that manages and monetizes web-applications worldwide, we are looking for an IT Product Manager for a full-time, permanent employment in Cyprus . As an IT Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and continuous improvement of the IT products. Working closely with visionaries, end-users, and cross-functional teams, you will help transform ideas into actionable solutions, ensuring every product aligns with the companies mission, creates value, and evolves through research-driven and innovative approaches. Responsibilities: Product Initiation & Alignment Support the launch of new IT products by consulting with stakeholders and aligning objectives with company strategy. Help define product vision, goals, and requirements in collaboration with visionaries and users. Requirements & Design Document product features, functions, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Assist in translating requirements into Illustrative user-friendly flows and wireframes (Figma). Implementation & Improvements Assist in planning and executing accurate product launches, Help monitor performance improvement, gather feedback, and evolving features from beta to better. Support integration, automation, and AI feature exploration across IT products. Administration and documentation of IT Projects according to framework Analysis & Documentation Assess feature impact using data-driven insights and maintain an evolving product roadmap. Investigate and resolve user bottlenecks with clear documentation. Ensure all projects follow internal frameworks and reporting standards.  Requirements: Ability to learn in-depth project management to illustrate and work out the project details, features and functions.
