About the Role

Are you a Product Manager who thinks like a business owner as much as a product owner — someone who can spot where the real value sits, get it on the roadmap, and push it to market fast? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We're a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS scaleup moving from Series A/B into our next stage of growth. As we scale, our product organization is splitting into smaller, focused verticals (for example customer operations, finance, and onboarding), and we're looking for a senior Product Manager to join the team. We hire for strong product judgment first and place people where they'll have the most impact — whether that's inside an existing vertical or one we're just standing up.

This is a business-first product role. You'll be judged less on how you use a particular tool or write a particular spec, and more on your ability to identify what actually matters, why it matters, where the money and the risk sit, and how quickly you can get value in front of customers. AI is part of how we work day to day — a way to move faster and do more with a lean team, not a checkbox.

You'll join a growing team and report to our Head of Product, working closely with engineering and leadership to ship fast and often.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Prioritization

• Decide what belongs on the roadmap and what doesn't — and be able to explain why, grounded in business value rather than gut feel.
• Own prioritization across competing initiatives, balancing impact, effort, and speed to market.

Business & Commercial Thinking

• Evaluate initiatives through a business lens: where the revenue is, whether customers will pay more for it, whether it improves efficiency or SLAs, and whether it's worth the investment.
• Balance “product happiness” and “business happiness” — craft that customers love and outcomes the business needs, in equal measure.

AI Driven Execution

• Use AI as a working method throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to shipping, to move faster and do more with a lean team.
• Bring a genuine point of view on where AI can meaningfully change how a product team operates — not just where it can be bolted on.

Speed to Market

• Define a first, minimal go-to-market for new initiatives, then a second and third iteration — and know how to optimize between them.
• Make fast, informed trade-offs between scope, effort, and impact to keep launches moving.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into shipped product.
• Communicate progress, decisions, and results clearly to leadership and other stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decisions

• Use data and KPIs to find inefficiencies, prioritize features, and evaluate what's working after launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, or marketplace businesses.
• Strong business and commercial judgment — comfortable making trade-off calls based on revenue, efficiency, and customer value, not product craft alone.
• Real, hands-on experience using AI as part of how you build and ship product — not just familiarity with AI as a topic.
• A track record of shipping fast in fast-moving, engineering-driven environments.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
• A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and comfort owning KPIs.
• A hands-on, high-ownership operator who removes obstacles for their team rather than waiting for direction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace, travel, mobility, on-demand, or platform businesses that had to design for two very different audiences (for example, SMB and enterprise, or both sides of a marketplace).
• Experience navigating a company that transitioned from one core product model to another (for example, hardware to SaaS).
