Product Manager

About the Role

This is a product management role at an early-stage agentic AI company building native GenAI tools for data teams. You will own the strategy and roadmap for a core platform used by hundreds of enterprises, working directly alongside founders and a world-class engineering team to take the product from early traction to scaled growth.

What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap by identifying key use cases through close interaction with customers and users.

• Collaborate with UX designers to translate product vision into intuitive interfaces designed specifically for native GenAI workflows.

• Partner with engineering to build and ship groundbreaking functionality that exceeds customer expectations.

• Serve as the voice of the user internally, synthesizing feedback from a large and active user base to drive product decisions.

• Support sales and customer success teams with pre-sales and post-sales air cover for enterprise accounts.

• Work with marketing to shape messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead-generation strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience as a PM shipping products from 0 to 1 for technical users.

• Deep, hands-on understanding of the modern data stack, including ELT, data warehousing, orchestration, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, and related tools.

• Prior experience as a data engineer, giving you first-hand fluency with the workflows and pain points of your users.

• Background at an early-stage startup (Seed through Series B), with comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

• Daily use of AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation frameworks is a strong plus.

• Experience building native GenAI products, not just layering AI features onto existing products, is a strong plus.

• A technical degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid, based in Sunnyvale, California, United States. Remote candidates are also considered.
